The concept of Electro-acupuncture needs an exact definition. It is not an electrical stimulus with needles, but a diagnostic and a therapeutical method, wich was discovered by the German doctor Voll about 30 years ago. Since the development of electronic techniques has become more and more important for medicine, biology and even psychiatry. In the last few years many new methods, techniques a nd instruments were brought into the market , partly as imitations abused in unqualified hands. They all concern with electro-physical chantes of the skin, specially on the acupuncture-points. In this way classical Chinese acupuncture has been made measurable. The energetical system of acupuncture can therefore be classifield as a systematical regulation  in the sense of bio-cybernetics with feed-back  and control – mechanism through the recording of potentials at the acupuncture-points. Today we know that the complete state of the internal organs and functions is reflected as alterations of the electrical conductance at the corresponding acupuncture points. These  alterations can be caused by emotions, hypnosis,  auto-suggestion and by other psychological proceedings. Russians and Japanese  scientists  postulate the existence of an  energetical body, upon: which energy and bioplasma – a fourth condition of material – flows in the  meridians or channels. These concepts are taken from physical vocabulary , however they are not identical with them. Today's bioenergetical medicine is aware of an extended electro-magnetical biological field, which is composed of many little single potentials. Each cell is a bartery as it were. However this energy body does not only seem to be a secondary accompaniment of the processes  in the body , but a causal energetic system, wich via the acupuncture-points with the help of a flowing electro-physical balance brings  about a connection with the internal organ and tissues. Energy stresam can be  hindered by negative environmental influences or by influences from the interior of organs, but also by scars and other interference factors such as focal infections. Very  often minimal influences are enough to cause a dis-continuity of the energetical flow. The acuounctural system seems to be biological syste, with highly sensitive  reactions upon small quantities of electromagnetic rays:this occurs both in the negatyve and positive, healing sence. Neon light can block its healing capability. Normally it reacts very intensively upon small influences with a healing tendency;for onstance upon needling, upon homeopathic remedies oru pon neural –therapeutical treatments. The quantity of the transmitted energy does not seem to have any importance, but the quantity of informatiko. Therefore the Electro-acupuncture enables the use of information-therapy on biology.
